This dynamic trio is made up of three sisters; Jennifer, Lynda and Lynette. Born and raised in Page, Arizona, they grew up in a home where they learned to play piano and sing harmonies at a young age.
The Kidmans have been performing for National Conventions, private parties and social events for many years. Recently they had the opportunity to entertain in Florida for the National Electric Co-op. For several years they have taken part in the Tempe Music Festivals including performing for the Christmas festivals and on the Tempe Town Cool Down's main stage. They have been seen performing at such functions as "Mesa's Man and Woman of the Year," Mesa Temple Lights, and Glendale Glitters main stage and have done full shows at the Phoenician. The Kidmans have represented the City of Glendale during Christmas when interviewed by "Good Morning Arizona" on Channel 3, and have also represented the Mesa Temple Lights on Channel 12 during the holiday season.
For basketball fans, The Kidmans have been seen singing the National Anthem for the Phoenix Suns on several different occasions and have also sung the nation's song at one of the Phoenix Mercury games.
They were able to enjoy entertaining people from all over the world when they lived in Page, Arizona and performed for the mainstream tourists at Ken's Old West - a business that provides dancing, live bands, entertainment, and dining. They have made guest appearances at the festivals of Page on occasion. The Kidmans are members of the Lake Powell Concert Association.
As well rounded performers, all three sisters have had experience in the theatre. Jennifer has been in college productions and she has also been the music director/coach for high school and college productions. She has played the role of Mrs. Shinn in The Music Man and Liza in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. She is currently teaching choir at Gilbert High School.
Lynda has been the choreographer/co-choreographer for many of the shows she has been in. She was in The Music Man (choreographer), Seven Brides for Seven Brothers as Sarah/co-choreographer, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat as the narrator/choreographer, and So This is Dixie as Felicity. She has also choreographed shows at Dixie State College and was assistant choreographer for The Boyfriend at Arizona State University.
Currently Lynette is active in productions in the Phoenix Valley and has been involved in Opera productions as well as the Musical Theatre productions. She currently just finished athe role of Fiona in Brigadoon and has been seen in Oklahoma! as Laurey/Dream Laurey, The Boyfriend as Maisie/Choreographer, Amahl and the Night Visitors as Amahl, The Elixir of Love as Gianetta, and Purity in Anything Goes. She has also played Marian in The Music Man, Martha/choreographer in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, narrator/choreographer in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Martha in The Secret Garden. She has choreographed at Arizona State College, Dixie State College, and was presented with the honorary performers award of her graduating class at ASU.
All three sisters are graduates of Arizona State University as distinguished students of the Herberger School of Music. Jennifer and Lynda are currently Choral Educators and Lynette is pursuing her Masters in Musical Theatre.
