"They Fly" was recorded in Chaton Studios in Phoenix, Arizona and was mixed and produced by Otto D'Agnolo. The album is unique in itself. When people ask The Kidmans, "What type of music is on the CD?," their best possible answer is, "It's our own sound." The music has hints of pop, rock, soft rock, and country mixed into what makes up a sound that is not normally heard in the music industry. "The music industry is stuck. Everyone is trying to 'mimic' everyone else to the point where there is no individuality. We aren't a group that sounds just like every other group. We are our own sound."

"Canon of Praise" is the result of a year of dedicated work. Numerous hours of practice, patience, and determination has been put in by these three in order to get the sound they want. Sounding like one voice when they sing unison and matching voices when they sing parts is a skill that does not come without a lot of determination and teamwork.
